FAN OF THE MILITARY GETS HIS WISH: DMarrion Otten, 11, has always wanted to join the military. Well the United States Air Force, Marines, U.S. Coast Guard, U.S. Navy, Cal OES, Solano County Sheriffs Office and the #CaGuard joined forces to make his wish come true. First he toured Travis Air Force Base, California with Make-A-Wish America by riding in a 49th Military Police Brigade up-armored Humvee and then parked in the back of a C-5 aircraft. He then took the controls in the cockpit. Afterwards he flew in a Coast Guard helicopter to Solano Community College where he teamed up with police officers and fought bad guys with a superhero. He returned his appreciation with a salute to his heroes and a heart felt thank you. Glad we could make your wish come true DMarrion.
