FAN QUESTION -- NO BASHING I have three kids, all of which have always slept and acted perfectly fine at bedtime - even telling me they are tired and want to go to bed. Since Christmas, my three year old has not slept. Maybe two hours a night, each night. He keeps telling me that he is afraid, or sad, or angry, the dark is too dark, there are owls outside, there are monsters, the night light is bothering him, and so on. He wakes up screaming, crying, yelling or just lays there and whines. Its out of no where. I have no idea what to do. I have shown him under the bed, behind the dresser, we have gone on monster hunts (turning up nothing to show him there are none), we have cuddled, read books, talked, sang songs, watched shows, the whole nine. He STILL wakes up screaming, crying, whimpering, complaining. I am at a loss. Hes keeping his brother up, keeping me and my boyfriend up, his infant sister. Anyone else deal with out-of-no-where non-sleeping? Any advice? #tinaMHM
