FAN QUESTION RPB #Skye Question to all the breast feeding moms - my daughter was taken 3 weeks early (born 01/23/15) by c section due to mild preeclampsia and when they induced her heart rate started dropping. I planned on breast feeding but her mouth is just too small to latch on (she was 4 pounds 11 ounces). She is a great eater (out of bottle) and she tries hard to latch on and nurse. I am heart broken because I feel like she doesnt fill up on the formula and I want to nurse her. Any suggestions? I have a pump, should I pump and feed her breast milk? ANY advice, encouragement, pointers is greatly appreciated! Thank you!
