FAN SHARE: My mom came up with a brilliant idea for a quick anytime snack or even a dinner idea, its a chicken,bacon spinach panini. Two sliced of your favorite bread (We used Sourdough) 3-4 pieces of sliced chicken (we used the precooked stuff you can get in your grocers freezer) 2-4 pieces of your favorite cheese (we used habanero jack, pepperjack would be awesome) a small handful of baby spinach Butter your bread, or use pam cooking spray in butter, or even olive oil flavor. Layer your fixings and place it on a george foreman grill, or panini press. You could also just do it in a pan like a grilled cheese until your bread is nice and toasted. Cut it in half and enjoy its so yummy and dinner is done in a snap!
