FAN SHARE Reposted by -Momma bear After 2 years of continuous calls from teachers who just didnt know how to teach my now 6 year old daughter we started the process of having her evaluated and tested. This past Monday we got a diagnosis of ADHD with SPD. Shes always been a very imaginative, in her own world, ball of energy- even at birth. Shes the type of little girl that loves beyond what is expected and does everything in her power to bring joy and happiness to everyone she encounters. And it just kills her that she cant make her teachers happy. Well we now have answers and weve explained to her what makes her different but extremely unique. Now to the share, her second quarter report card cane home today and where I expected to see a ton if 1s and 2s, as usual... EVERYTHING was a 3!!! And the comment the teacher left was She is making wonderful progress!! For any of her teachers to say something positive is a miracle in itself but Im so very proud of my beautiful daughter for fighting for her education regardless of the difficulties! Im one VERY PROUD mommy tonight!
