FAQ #6 Is there an age limit? If you are older than 7, then you can enter the M2M course. There is no upper age limit on any of our courses because: “You don’t stop running because you get old, you get old because you stop running” Christopher McDougall, Born to Run On the Snout course you need to be older than 14 years. And on the kid’s dash entrants need to be between 5-9 years. For those littlies under 5, we have an obstacle course and bouncy castle set up at London Quay. So everyone is catered for.
