FAR FROM THE MADDING CROWD....sneaked away this weekend for a little known retreat in Kashmir....Banjosa As time moves on , if we follow a PREDICTABLE and stereotyped routine endlessly , daily life becomes mundane and dull...getting up at a preset hour , rush thru maddening traffic looking at the watch every 10 minutes , the heart skipping a beat if you reach after the boss , skipping two beats if he called you in your absence...worry , worry , worry....the birds I saw here were not worried where tomorrows meal will come from . They were not worried for their children or grandchildren like we worry. If there are worrying problems , WE the human species , created them ourselves FOR ourselves . Just got back from a sudden decision trip , enjoyed climbing a hilltop at 6 AM in the morning....what tomorrow will bring , I will decide tomorrow morning if Im alive .
