FAREWELL DAN WALSHAW! – Dan will be leaving us in October to take a post with South Africa’s KwaZulu Natal Philharmonic Orchestra (of which his new bride is the concertmistress). His duties will include Artistic Administrator (planning seasons and events), New Music Coordinator (directing the new music series), and Head Orchestra Librarian. If this isn’t enough, he will also be a visiting scholar at the University of the Free State and do volunteer work with the Bochabela Strings (youth ensemble). Join Peter, Jake and Paul in wishing Dan the best for married life and his new professional endeavors. As for Triage, we began as a sax/bass/drums trio and shall continue as such until a new “fourth member” (if any) is found; maybe another guitarist, maybe keys, but given our inclinations, who knows?
