FAREWELL TO A JONATHANIAN By the time President Goodluck - TopicsExpress

FAREWELL TO A JONATHANIAN By the time President Goodluck Jonathan loses his the presidential election in February 2015, I doubt if I will have one Jonathanian left on my friends’ list. Well, maybe only Samuel Ajayi among the active ones. Or Tajudeen Oriowo. These two guys I have respect for but you I wont be surprised if they also block me (I still doubt it though) for my ceaseless virulent criticism of their principal. Perhaps, I should be very certain of Bayo Adeyinka. Its not going to get better o. In fact, the tempo will increase as the tempo of electioneering increases. What do they expect? The latest Jonathanian to block me is a long time friend Otunba Kenny Aluko. Well, he did on my prompting. I told him its electioneering and he should expect people who dont want Jonathan would be unsparing as we get close to the elections. I told him its not about him or me but about the destiny of 170 million Nigerians. I told him the direness and the precariousness of our situation do not permit any nicety. I told him the battle to rescue Nigeria is not a tea party and definitely not for the lily-livered. I told him anyone who cant stand the heat of the kitchen should look for the exit door. I told him if he wanted only cheerleaders on his wall, he should not hesitate to block his irritant friends like DR. Pronto, he took my advice and blocked me. SO NOW, I OFFERING THE SAME ADVICE TO OTHER JONATHANIANS! Oga has nothing to run on. Its all braggadocio and gloating you hear from his plethora of supporters, jobbers, partymen and women, hanger-on, he is a victim sympathizers and the rest of them. At best, youll hear their litany of road construction, airport remodeling, locomotive refurbishment, Kia is not building cars in Nigeria......Thats it? And when you ask that we take the argument to the next level, the bragging takes over. Resist that, theyll block you. I DONT GIVE A DAMN JARE!
