FAT BLAST BODY WEIGHT WORKOUT On Vacation? No Gym? Too Busy? HIIT this workout and you will set your body in a fat burning zone for 1-2 days! Did you know when you push your intensity to a breathless high heartrate state, you burn more calories per minute and maintain that rate longer? Do 3-5 rounds of this and you will be wobbly for the rest of the day! In a good way ;) Do each move for 30 seconds (increase to 1 minute each if you can) 1) High Knee Run (optional twist) 2) Single Leg Burpee 3) Plyometric Lunge (optional arm reach or row) 4) X Jump 5) Bronco Kick Jump 6) Single Leg Plyo Lunge 7) Push Up Plank Rotation 8) Push Up Jacks 9) Single Leg Abs Rest for 1 minute, repeat if you can or have time.
