FATAL ERROR Do you know that if you ever attempt a suicide , then you are yourself removing the tag of being a respected citizen in this country?? Just to improve your knowledge the answer is yes, By section 309 of Indian penal code,1860, a suicide survivor is a criminal. This clearly means, if by chance you survive a suicide attempt, no matter how bad is your condition, you have successfully passed the minimum requirement to be under arrest. The only chance of being exempted from being a part of jail fraternity after attempting a suicide RELY on the motive and determination behind an attempt which makes it successful, So if you are successful in your attempt and declared dead then only you are free from the black spot of being a criminal. This crazy seeming law is a part of our constitution from a long time. when viewed from a different perception #najaria ,this law is actually an attempt to make people maintain a distance from the idea of attempting a suicide. For those people who pick this method of resolving thing ,suicide is the simplest method of leaving the things as it is and free yourself from the disturbing part but after knowing about this law,one thing will happen for sure, before attempting a suicide people will have a rethought . What if I failed?? is the question which restrict them from chocking their lives. a FATAL ERROR from a distant view is actually a piece of master strategy.
