FATALITY COLLISION Yuma, AZ – On Saturday, March 15, 2014, at 12:26 a.m., the Yuma Police responded to a single vehicle injury collision in the area of 32nd Street and 4th Avenue. The investigation revealed Brian BIRR (39) was operating a 2014 blue Harley-Davidson motorcycle eastbound in the right turn lane of 32nd Street approaching Business Route 8. BIRR struck the curb and was thrown off the motorcycle. BIRR, the single occupant on the motorcycle was transported to Yuma Regional Medical Center where he was pronounced deceased. Next of kin was notified. The case is under investigation. The Yuma Police Department encourages anyone with any information about this case to please call Officer Frabasilio at (928) 373-4700 or 78-Crime at (928) 782-7463 to remain anonymous. Remember if your information leads to an arrest you may receive up to a $1,000 cash reward.
