FAVOURITE MOMENTS OF 2014. I am so ready to see what 2015 has to offer. I didnt think I could better 2014 after such an amazing 2013 but Im pretty sure I smashed it out of the ball park. I almost completed my bucket list and in doing so added about another 100 items. January 1st 2014 I arrived back in Korea from a Christmas in Australia and by February I was in Japan. Come the spring I said my goodbyes to Korea and flew to America. I walked up to the Hollywood sign and along the Walk of Fame, down into the Grand Canyon, across the Hoover dam, along the strip in Vegas, over the Goldengate Bridge and toured Alcatraz island. I visited the White House, Capitol Hill and the Lincoln Memorial. Then I went onto crazy Mexico City where I visited the impressive Teotihuacán Pyramids and the not so impressive back of a police car as I got blackmailed and bribed by the lovely and honest Mexican police force, before flying north to Banff, Canada and visiting the bluest of lakes, climbing snow peaked mountains and camping in scary bear country. Onto eastern Canada I took a heli ride over Niagara Falls, went down behind them and spent some time touring Toronto. Onto Iceland I visited one of the worlds largest geysers and drank beer at 3 a.m. with the sun high in the sky. Finally back in the UK I then managed an entire center for the summer at a famous London boarding school, whilst back in Wales I became a Godfather. Next, flying to Switzerland I climbed the foothills of the Alps and crossed into France on foot. Then, flying on to Italy I hit up Rome and Napoli and visited the Colluseum, Pompeii, Capri and the rest of the Amalfi coast. Then came the real adventure. Off I went to Malawi to manage a charity-run school, ended up having some of the best experiences of my life, in a paradise land, meeting the love of my life and am the happiest and most content Ive been in a long time. Obviously that wasnt enough so before returning home for Christmas I did a quick spin around Zambia and Botswana, visiting the Victoria Falls, driving across the largest networks of salt pans in the world, canoeing across the largest inland delta in the world, eating crocodile & caterpillars, intimately watching elephants, lions and giraffes in the wild and almost losing my life several times to said wildlife. 2015 starts tomorrow and Im heading back to Africa shortly. Cant wait to see what comes next. Thank you to you friends and family for your support and especially those who came to meet me in the most obscure of places and / or welcomed me into your homes, families and cities around the world ...for without you guys this year would have been much less. Hope you all have a truly magical and magnificent 2015...let the issues of this year be gone and aim for the stars. Your time is now. Peace and love xxx
