FB Fam are you enjoying this weather???❄️❄️❄️ Well Im not too fond of the cold but I love the fact that I can now cook all of my Big Pot Hearty Meals like stew, chicken n dumplings, chili, and one of my all time favs #TacoSoup. This is one of Fams favorites especially my hubby, Seddrick Eddington. Its very quick & easy and everyone in my camp loves it so I would like to share it with you. I got this recipe from one of my classmates and its awesome. So try it out and let me know what you think. #TacoSoupRecipe -1 lb of Ground Beef or Turkey -1 can of whole kernel corn (drained)(15oz) - 1 can of kidney beans or black beans (drained)(15oz) -1 can of pinto beans (drained) (15oz) -1 Jar of Thick n Chunky Salsa-24oz 1 pk of Taco Seasoning Mix -shredded cheese - 1 Bag of Tortilla chips Brown Ground Beef in a skillet and while cooking in a separate stock pot add the beans, corn, and a cup of water and cook on med heat about 10 minutes. When meat is done, drain and add to the other pot and mix it up together then stir in the salsa and taco seasoning. Let the contents cook all together for about 10 more minutes on a low heat, top with cheese, serve with tortilla chips and #Viola, then it will be time to get your eat on. #Enjoy
