FB Friends today is Mom 90th Birthday if she was still living she passed away in 2009 Mom was one special lady. Mom was born and raised in Ky. her Dad was a coal miner and farmer her Mother had something like 4 strokes and Mom had to quit school around the 6th grade to take care of her Mom and brothers and Dad on the farm yep she grew up fast but this lady you would never know it she was strong and had a great never complained she Married Dad around the age of 23 had 4 kids and as I was taking of her today I look back at a poem I wrote to her when I was a kid and read it to her one Mothers Day at her Church they always have a Mother and Daughter lunch for the Mothers it was always special time and you could share you toughs of your Mom etc. Well here goes this silly little poem I read to Mom yrs. ago the title is: My Special Mother On this Mothers Day; There I an old saying, walk a mile in my shoes, & every time I think of that Mom I think of you! For over your years youve had to endure, the death of a mother, sister, so young & insure! You had to quite school to start a new life, which consist of a farm & you done that just right! Mom how youve got your strength, through the Lord I suppose! And a I look back, Ive came to see that your experience were meant to be! So with this closer Id like to say I love you Mom in a very special way! Mom from an embryo to affinity my love will always be with you! Yep I wrote that and read that to Mom many yrs, ago but it still stand today and today I mill you Mom in a very Special Way you oldest daughter Brenda
