FB bikers and bikers in general beware. This Manila Water contractor is putting dangerous grooves on the roads of Mandaluyong again. This time in Pantaleon to Hulo in the Barangka Drive area. They slice 4 wide x 8 deep grooves for hundreds of meters on the sides of the roads to lay down meters of flexible pipes. I dont have a problem with water service but the installation system of leaving uncovered grooves poses a serious danger to bicycle riders in general. These grooves are dangerous especially when there is a slight flood and cannot be seen.
