Tag 10 friends including me so I can see your list. Here are mine: 1. Feather on the Moon by Phyllis A. Whitney - the first romance novel I read when I was way way way too young to be reading it. It started a lifelong obsession 2. The entire Babysitters Club series 3. The entire Sweet Valley High series 4. Everything Nora Roberts has ever written. 5. “The Picture of Dorian Gray” by Oscar Wilde 6. “The Shadow of the Wind” by Carlos Ruiz Zafon 7. “Invisible Life” by E. Lynn Harris The following books were some of the first romances with multicultural characters that I read. It opened up a whole new world for me to see people like me falling in love and loving life. 8. “All for Love” by Raynetta Manees 9. “Heart of the Falcon” by the late, great Francis Ray (R.I.P.) 10. “For the Love of You” by Felicia Mason BONUS: There are some writers who are so masterful that I can’t even read them. Stephen King is one those people. When I was 15 I picked up his book “Needful Things”. I read up to the halfway point and was so disturbed that I had to stop. I attempted to read it every year after that and didn’t complete it until I was 25. Anyone who can write a book so vivid that it stays in my consciousness for a full decade deserves recognition as a true ninja writing master! Ok, I tag everybody who hasnt been tagged yet :)
