We do not assail you for that. Love is Love. But Mayor De Blasios statements have shown you something that black families already know and have known for centuries. The word bi-racial is nice. It is just a word, like say, octoroon. It simply describes people. It is a word, but it is not a word. It is not real. DeBlasio knows that. What he is telling you, by having had the black dad talk with his son, is that bi-racial is still black. Because those who hate you do not hate the white part. They do not shoot the whiteness. They will not fail, in school, the whiteness. They do not call you whiggers or briggers or bi-iggers. De Blasio is amazing because as a white man he knows how to be a black dad. Its not just about curly hair. De Blasio is living the life of a black dad. The police are treating him like a black father. They would do to him what they did to Garner if they could. Dont think they havent considered it. Your white privilege cannot save a black/bi-racial child. You cant make a sign that says Mom/Dad is WHITE! Dont shoot! As a matter of act, they may shoot you AND the child, you being a traitor to the race and all. I say this as your friend. Oh, and to hell with that damn Pert shampoo!
