Men are moved by two levers only:fear and self interest-Napoleon Bonaparte . . .,thus- A company wanted to set up a pension plan.In order for the plan to be fully implemented,it needed a hundred percent(100%) participation, co-operation and compliance.Everyone signed up except for Mr Johnson.The plan made absolute sense and was in the best interest of everyone.Mr Johnsons refusal to sign was the only obstacle.Mr Johnsons supervisor and other co-worker/colleagues had tried,without success,to persuade him to sign. The business owner of the company called Mr Johnson up into his office and said,Mr Johnson,here is a pen and these are the papers for you to sign so as to enroll into the pension plan.If you dont enroll,you are fired this minute.Mr Johnson signed,promptly.The business owner then asked Mr Johnson why he hadnt signed up earlier?Mr Johnson replied,No one explained the plan quite as clearly as you did,Sir...Lolz!
