FEAST ALABANGS SELFIE CONTEST MECHANICS: 1) “Like” the Feast Alabang Facebook page: facebook/FeastAlabang 2) Participants must take “Selfie” photos that reflect the given theme “WHY COME TO FEAST ALABANG” Photos may be taken within the given period (April 5 – 20, 2014). NOTE: All participants must only take and save their photos and NOT UPLOAD them on their respective social media accounts YET within the given period. 3) All photos are to be uploaded on April 21, 2014 starting at 12nn up to 5:30pm only, to qualify for the Grand Prize. However, uploading will be allowed up to 10pm to qualify as a Finalist. 4) Upload photo entries in your Facebook with a short caption (must not exceed 20 words). Caption must include the tag of the Feast Alabang FB page and hashtag #HiFA5. Both photo and caption must conform with the theme “WHY COME TO FEAST ALABANG” 5) Participants must send via direct message to Feast Alabang page their personal info: (Full Name, Age, Mobile Number and Email Address). Incomplete info will invalidate the entry. 6) Invite your family, relatives and friends to LIKE both the Feast Alabang Official Fanpage and your entry to get higher chances of being chosen. 7) A contestant may submit as many entries, with substantially different photos and captions. 8) Posing for a Selfie with a Builder or beside a Builder is not encouraged. Guidelines 1. Entry should be taken from April 5 to April 20 during any Feast Alabang session or related event (eg. Holy Week Recollection and Grand Easter Feast) a. No one is allowed to come up to the center stage, the band area or tech booth while the Feast (or related event), or the Holy Mass is ongoing. b. Servants while on stage, are not allowed to take a Selfie. c. Camera flash or any supplemental lighting is not allowed to be used when taking a Selfie. d. Posing for a Selfie with a Builder or beside a Builder is not encouraged. 2. Entry should be taken by the participant himself and must be a true self photo (Selfie) that has not been altered, edited or enhanced using any application. 3. Entry must adhere to the Theme “Why come to Feast Alabang” otherwise it will be disregarded. 4. Entry does not violate the privacy of an individual or group of individuals. 5. According to the following criteria: Relevance of Caption Quality of Photo Creativity Originality No. of Likes & Shares All decisions of the screening committee, as well as the judges will be final. Note: By joining the Selfie contest, the participants grant Feast Alabang non-exclusive right to publish, use, distribute, transmit, reproduce and publicly display their photo entries in any of Feast Alabang’s on-line, print or other media publications, materials or exhibitions, for purposes of promoting Feast Alabang. Winner Selection Two stage Selection Process After the April 21 uploading, entries will be reviewed by a screening committee and twenty (20) entries will be selected as finalists. The 20 Finalists will start to campaign for Likes and Shares until April 27, and this will form part of the total score.
