FEATURED STORY | Elenito, Ritchel, Emmanuel, Bernadette, and Yolanda are among the widows and widowers in Tacloban City whose lives have now been dramatically changed by super Typhoon Yolanda. To help them in their recovery, Operation Blessing Foundation Philippines, in partnership with the local government unit, launched a housing program for the widows and widowers. Others will be given livelihood assistance so they could support their families and start rebuilding their lives.
