FEEL GOOD FRIDAY: Slightly off topic from our usual Health and Fitness posts, but there is a strong message here nonetheless that we can all relate back to our daily lives. Heres a video filmed in Sydney of a young street drummer who shows an amazing talent by playing a bunch of empty containers as if they were a real drum kit. He has no doubt spent countless hours practicing and adapting to the tools he has to create something truly remarkable. The message, to me, is clear - with the same amount of willpower and determination, we can all reach and achieve our goals, and excel in areas in our life that we never thought possible. You just have to ask yourself how much you WANT it.
