FEEL LIKE RUNNING AWAY? Like you cant do this motherhood thing because of the choices youve made in the past? Maybe it would help if we remembered the time Moses told God he couldnt do what God asked of him: The enemy of Moses’ soul, the one who desperately wanted God’s great redemption plan to fail, wanted Moses to run away. He wanted the sins of Moses’ past and the weaknesses of his present to affect all of our futures. So he attacked, leaving Moses feeling unworthy, unqualified, and unforgiven. But God. “But Moses said to God, ‘Who am I that I should go to Pharaoh and bring the children of Israel out of Egypt…’ God said to Moses, ‘I AM WHO I AM…say this to the people of Israel, I AM has sent me to you.’” (Exodus 3:13, 14). You see friends, it didn’t really matter who Moses was or what he had done. What mattered was the identity and character of the God who sent him. Moses said, “who am I?” God replied, “it doesn’t matter.” It doesn’t matter. The enemy wants you to run away, sweet mamas, but God says it doesnt matter who you are or what youve done...only who HE is and what Hes done. Lean on this truth today and refuse to run away.
