FEMI FALANA OF THE PAST AND NOT OF THE PRESENT# At last we heard from Femi Falana on the killing of one of the supporters of Bibire Coalition in Ekiti on Sunday, 3rd November, 2013. I read the petition that was driven by several accusations of maintaining criminal silence at a time Ekiti people expected much from him. The petition to me lacks the rigour, ingredients and terms expected from a serious, uncompromised and genuine campaigner of human rights. Femi in the past would have organised a 1,000 man match via Ikere to Emure Ekiti to protest the gruesome murder of an innocent Ekiti son. Like he was confessional in the rigourless petition the murder of 2 students in Ikere Ekiti around 2004, he ensured conviction was secured and the suspect was jailed until he got a state pardon in 2009. On Tunde Omojolas death where no gun was fired, the suspect spent over 1,114 days awaiting trilas until he was recently released on bail. Infact, I was part of people brainwashed in putting black on black to protest the murder of Tunde Omojola. Femi Falana was in Ekiti when 2 people were shot in Erijiyan Ekiti in the name of decamping from the defunct ACN to PDP, no protest was organised apart from a unfounded petition that was never published in any of the national dailies, the prime suspects are today walking around the state commuting more atrocities. Another gruesome murder occured in Emure Ekiti last week sunday when the members of killer squad of Kayode Fayemi besieged the venue of the meeting of Bibire Coalition with guns on a broad day light firing at them. Several people as we speak are still under critical health conditions. My dear Ekiti people, just read the petition sent by the seemingly human rights activist with emphasis on the past killings and play down on the present barbaric killings under Fayemi regime. Ekiti people cant be fooled anymore, we are aware of his returns from this government, Femi Falana should go berry his shame in the dust. Ekiti is aware of their plans to bring down all members of opposition. Please tell them that we are battle ready, who ever kills any of our brothers will no longer live henceforthe. We hold our destinies in our hands An injury to one is an injury to all....
