FERGUSON, MO * Police shooting of the (18) year old alleged Strong Armed Robbery suspect. I must appreciate the decision the County Prosecutor made in this case. He decided to put the case before a Grand Jury and let the people decide as to what sort of charges should the Prosecutor bring in this case. This takes Him or Her out of that decision making process. Now, if they the people decide that NO charges should be brought against the Police Officer after having all of the FACTS presented before them in the case, the NAY-SAYERS will still probably complain about the make up of that Grand Jury ( White/Black - Male/Female ) - I dont mean to be bias in this matter, but I do hope that this jury is made up by a 50/50% ethnic ratio of this Cities citizens. NOTE: This is going to get very interesting!
