FERGUSON: We have had to endure the ISIS scare, the radiation - TopicsExpress

FERGUSON: We have had to endure the ISIS scare, the radiation spill scares, the Ebola scares and just as things settle down somewhat now we have nationwide rioting over the Ferguson case. It seems there are way to many people that cannot enjoy their own life and their everyday miracles because they are so blinded by hate and fear. I am extremely concerned how the light workers and teachers are playing into this drama. Yes, the rioting is wrong, as is everything and everyone that turns a deaf ear and eye to the suffering of the world - but hate, rioting and name calling is not the answer. I am thankful I live in a small town where people still believe in community and watching out for their neighbors regardless of their color, whether they are legal or illegal citizens, feed the outdoor animals their table scraps and do not turn on their neighbor because they are upset over something that happened in the news. We can not control what happens out there but we surely should be responsible enough to create a community of good neighbors and friends. I would not dream of seeing something on the news and then go out on the street and throw a rock into my neighbors window in response. As a light workers, we should all be praying for peace and encouraging others to react to hate and injustice with love and peaceful solutions. I am appalled as to what I am reading on facebook from some of my students, teachers and peers. It should be a time of Thanks Giving - a time to enjoy our families and friends. It is easy to teach classes on thoughts create reality and that we should love unconditionally, but I guess today and in the days following we will find that many of the self-proclaimed light workers do not practice what they are preaching. It is easy to love and speak softly when times are good, but the true test is in how one deals with the ugliness in life. Ferguson and events like this will seperate the chaf from the wheat...and maybe that is what this is all about. For me, I am saddened for the families of both parties and we will pray for them...and hopefully learn from it. I will look forward to seeing my children and grandchildren and hugging my friends. I will not be part of this hate propaganda and will delete anything coming on my facebook about the ferguson subject. I will NOT give power to hate, bigotry or harming another and shame on those that do. Instead of sitting around on facebook spreading the ferguson agenda, go visit a nursing home and give your time to some lonesome little ol lady or man for a few hours, go out into the woods and feed the animals, take in a stray dog or cat or whatever... just change the energy to something that brings kindness to the world and god/goddess creations.
