**FESTIVAL NEWS** We have lots going on at The Little Green Edible Garden Festival this year its all going to be a fantastic day. Among everything else We are delighted to announce that Kelly Connaghan, will be running a Yoga Information Day and Introducing those who want to get involved to Yoga For Gardeners. Kelly will be welcoming everyone to her plot to introduce those interested to some very useful and interesting yoga moves. Kelly already runs a very successful Yoga School incorporating a whole array of traditional techniques to her Yoga for Gardeners classes. Kelly has asked me to tell you that you are all very welcome to come along and visit her plot, ask any questions you may have, or even take part in a mini yoga session. If you want why not bring along your Yoga mat and join in surrounded by such beautiful surroundings up at Little Green. It will be well worth the visit to Kellys plot as Yoga is such a fantastic way of keeping the body soul and mind fresh and spriteful.
