FFS, bought myself a Mini at auction but without the V5 or any keys, now find out from DVLA it can take 4 to 6 weeks to be issued with a new V5 certificate and I cant get a new key supplied for the car without this document. How on earth can t take so long to issue a new registration document, considering it took them 8 months to issue me with a new driving licence I guess this is fast service for them. Just as well my Motability car doesnt go back until the 12th May but at least I was able to get it at a good price
