~ FGCF Meet & Greet ~ Sometimes you wanna go where everybody knows your name…and that place is First Generation CrossFit! Check in each day to meet one of our AwEsOmE Clients then greet them with a LIKE and some encouraging words :) Meet Chelsea S. ~ Chelsea came to us in August of this year on the referral of a friend. When we met Chelsea we instantly knew she would be great at CrossFit based on her commitment and hard work ethic. Chelsea WODs with us consistently 3xs a week. She typically WODs with her 7pm buddies but occasionally pops in at 9am. Chelsea is the type of person that focuses intently on her workout making sure to perform each movement correctly. Shes also the type of person youll overhear giving encouragement to a struggling classmate or calling out that same classmate if she thinks it will be helpful! Chelsea tends to be a bit quiet but by no means does her presence go unnoticed! This tall, lean, strong, beautiful girl isnt really the wall flower type! Chelsea serves as a great role model to her young children. Not only does she lead by example with her healthy, active lifestyle but she also is very involved with MOPS which highlights her sharing, dedicated spirit. As you can see from this picture, Chelsea is someone who laughs as hard as she works and were so lucky to have her as part of our happy family...
