FIGHT DOWN::: In football ... any player who is sought by another club has to pay a transfer fee for that player...NOT SO? Of course, an athlete can choose any club he or she wants to train with, but, once in a club and that club invests time and money on the athlete...THERE SHOULD BE RULES if another club wants that athlete to transfer to them. Coaches are continuing to harass athletes in trying to pull them over to their club in secret, so athletes end up being registered for two and three clubs in the same year. Athletes are disrespecting their coaches and simply going to another club to hide from the consequence. When we encourage this, we defeat ourselves and destroy the very sport that we claim to uphold. WHERE ARE THE RULES FOR TRANSFER OF ATHLETES TO ANOTHER CLUB??? Is the TTNAAA allowing athletes to manipulate their coaches and jump from club to club as they wish? Is the TTNAAA allowing unscrupulous coaches to scout talented athletes from other clubs so that they gain UNFAIR advantage to win club of the year? Have we gone from SPORTSMANSHIP to DOG-EAT-DOG principles? soon we will hear violence take over athletic meets if this is not fixed.
