FINAL MOMENTS ALIVE AND HE IS NOT SAFE PLEASE HELP AND HURRY THE KILLING STARTS AT NOON :( ***All joking aside, this little guy really, really needs a home!***A volunteer writes: Joker has such a regal presence, hes the kind of dog you cant help but be awed by and as we stroll through the Care Center my tall, dark and handsome companion garners so many compliments and admiring double takes that youd think a movie star had come to call! Jokers face remains characteristically serious when other dogs approach but hes definitely smiling on the inside as his butt wiggles, his tail wags and his eyes light up for doggie friends both large and small. And the good manners dont stop there, Joker has all the charms of a gentleman and hes happy to show them off for his fans. On leash hes a fairly steady walker, pulling only a little in his eagerness to explore and seems house trained too as he keeps a spotless den and waits until we hit the street before taking care of business. He sits politely for treats and takes them ever so gently from my fingers and when I rest beside him this quiet loverboy gives my cheek the softest of kisses. Much as hed love to be off exploring, Jokers happy to stop a while and let me get my fill of snuggles and sweetness and despite a fairly high energy level his whole demeanor is that of a mild-mannered guy willing to go along with anything that will bring a smile to the face of his person. Joker is easy to handle and easy to love, did very well on his behavior assessment and now hes just waiting for a chance to take his place as the beloved heart your dog-savvy home. Ask to meet this ebony beauty at our Manhattan Care Center and give Joker something to really smile about - an adoring family of his very own.
