FINALLY!!! Common sense prevails! Sony pulled the plug on The Interview-- a film that shouldve never been made in the first place. Lost in all of this debate regarding whether or not this film should or should not be released and whether America is capitulating to cyber terrorists, is the fact that this film was ill-conceived and is essentially American propaganda. What sane sensible person thought it was a good idea to make a $45 million feature film about the assassination of a sitting head of state? What is so funny about that? Whos the audience for this film? Whos laughing? If North Korea made a comedy about assassinating President Obama would we think that was funny? Notice how most of the American media isnt even talking about what motivated the hack on Sony Pictures, which is why you know there is a political agenda at work. Look at all the trouble one studios arrogance and stupidity has caused for its employees (past and present), its leadership and its brand. Its bad karma to wish death on someone else, especially if that person is still alive. Sony is just reaping what it sowed. Sony started this sh@#t, North Korea apparently finished it. Your thoughts are welcome.
