FINANCIAL MANAGER Michael Page - Sul Fluminense - RJ (Rio de Janeiro e Região, Brasil) Descrição da vaga Reporting to the Superintendent Director and the Global Controller, the main responsabilities will be: - Ensure the smooth conduction of issues related to taxes with the various areas of the Government; - Ensure the integrity of the Financial Statement under local and USGAAP viewpoint; - Ensure the report of all financial information necessary for local and international business conduction and the delivery tax obligations within the deadlines established by law; - Represent the company before banks, government agencies, such as Federal Revenue, the State and the City; - Ensure attendance to internal and external audits; - Ensure the implementation of internal controls audits as the company´s audit program and SOX as matrix and maps of tests sent by the Corporate; - Ensure the local finances from the clash flow administration; - Ensure the issuing of local and international managerial reports; - Coordinate all the operational activities of the Treasury, as resources quotation, listing of rates. Competências e experiências desejadas We are looking for a professional with industrial background, with the following behavioral characteristics: clear communication, delivery of results, consultative skills, partnership skills and team building; Leadership, organizational agility, relationship building, and solid execution are key characteristics to be successful in this position.Knowledge of SOX, USGAAP, BRAZIL GAAP.
