FIND OUT WHAT FOODS YOUR BODY ABSORBS WELL AND WHAT FOODS ARE TOXIC TO YOUR WEIGHT LOSS GOALS......EVEN HEALTHY FOODS CAN BE HARMFULL IF YOUR BODYS CHEMISTRY DOES NOT AGREE WITH IT.......example brown noodles work well for me but brown rice while being extremely healty bloats me up and makes me retain water....SO IF YOU SERIOUS ABOUT BEIN AT UR BEST LOOK INTO THIS IT CAN BE VITAL.....be relentless.
