FIRST HALF of 2013 BOX OFFICE REVIEW : MAJOR HITS :- First 6 Months of 2013 has been completed. Its been a decent first half for 2013 with first quarter is huge dissapointment. But Huge Blockbusters in 2nd quarter in the form of YJHD and Aashiqui 2 made a decent outcome. Below are the top Hits of 2013 so far : 1) Yeh Jawaani Hai Deewani (185 crore) - BLOCKBUSTER 2) Aashiqui 2 (82 crore) - BLOCKBUSTER 3) Race 2 (101 crore) - HIT 4) Raanjhanaa (60-65 crore Expected) - HIT 5) Chashme Baddoor (45 crore) - HIT 6) Kai Po Che (43 crore) - HIT 7) ABCD (42 crore) - HIT 8) Fukrey (40 crore) - HIT 9) Jolly LLB (33 crore) - HIT There were 85 Hindi films released in the first six months with the above 9 films emerging major winners, films like Special 26, SAW did decent business and emerged Semi Hits while the rest 70 odd releases were flops or total washouts. Second Half looks Power Packed, as Biggies Like Chennai Express, OUTIMD, Satyagraha, Besharam, Boss, Krrish 3, Dhoom 3 etc releasing in next 6 months.
