FIRST STAR WARS NOW TRANSFORMERS! Its safe to assume that even Rovio themselves never in a million years imagined that Angry Birds would take off the way that it did. Is it possible to walk into a store and not see at least one kind of Angry Birds merchandise in there? The Angry Birds are everywhere and they took things to another level when they mashed up with Star Wars. Well in the summer of 2014 they are getting even bigger (literally) as they cross over with the Transformers. Not much has been revealed about the game so far, but one thing that we do know is that there will be some Telepods released to coincide with Angry Birds Transformers. Telepods are these little toys that you can put on your iPad and then they go into the game. They are pretty cool and while truth be told they do not add a great deal to the actual game they are pretty nice to collect. So far we have had Angry Birds Star Wars Telepods and some Angry Birds Go Telepods as well. It is going to be really cool to see the Angry Birds take on Transformers. Optimus Prime, Megatron and Bumblebee are surely shoe ins, but its going to be interesting to see what other Transformers get the Angry Birds treatment. Will they focus on the new Age Of Extinction movie or perhaps take inspiration from one of the many different animated series that have been released over the years. Transformers and Angry Birds may at one time have seemed like a very odd paring, but then again who would have thought that Angry Birds Star Wars would have worked? Read more @ geeksfriend/xcms.php
