FIRST of all do NOT walk on top of Dumbells.EVER.(very cool video though :) )On the other hand it takes a relatively generic exercise..the pistol squat..and turns it into a much more dynamic all inclusive exercise that looks challenging,effective and fun. Dont be mislead by the ease in which she did this- she has an incredible power to weigth ratio,balance coordination and core strength that is off the chart.Just doing the pistol squat and then standing up & doing the curls would be a great exercise. sportsworx24hr
