FIT BOMB! This Wednesdays hump buster was Mondays #WOD. Tell the good people how awful..ly GREAT it was. I found this workout on a #Crossfit #Bootcamp forum when looking for some ideas for a #FIT CLUB WOD. It called for more rounds but I only needed it to be a post heavy lifting #METCON. Short and oh so sweat...I mean sweet. Set a timer for 1 minute then perform these moves. 20 D.U. max DB snatches Quickly, note how many snatches you performed then set timer 2 minutes 40 D.U. max DB snatches Note snatches and set timer 3 minutes 60 D.U. max DB snatches REST 1 minute then repeat! #fitness #crossfit #bootcamp #dumbells #motivation #athomeworkout #garagegym
