FIT TIP: The first major Perth fun run👟, HBF Run for a Reason, is just over 9 weeks away. If completing this event is a goal of yours, commit to it by signing up and start your training asap! You should be running 2-3 times per week as well as including 1-2 days of cross training (cycling, swimming, weights, group fitness classes etc) to get the heart pumping but giving your body a rest from the pavement.
