FIT TIP: Wall jumps are a great full body workout and you can make them part of any circuit routine. They are great especially for building core strength and building strong and well-defined shoulders as well. I love the battle ropes - again, a great exercise for the entire body. Here I demo a one-arm kettle bell rope drag in a plank position. Just attach any weight kettle or weighted plate to the end of the rope and position yourself in plank position, abs in tight and body kept straight and work pulling the weight in towards you. The next is rope pull-ups, which any beginner can try. Its a fantastic way to build up to pull-ups by strengthening the upper body. The lower you get your glutes to the floor, the harder you will work to return to standing position. Also a great workout for those glutes!!
