FITNESS UPDATE (for those that enjoy seeing my journey): From last month til tonight when I got measured and weighed in again, Ive lost 7 pounds, 2 inches off my waist, and 1 inch from my hips. Arms and Legs stayed the same (which is fine since Im toning up). All Ive done to get these results is set goals, stay focused, and do the work (eat right and exercise). I encourage everyone still reading to take a leap of faith, get out of your comfort zone, and go for it! You are way more capable of achieving what you really want than you think you are. The battle of the mind is our toughest one to overcome.
