HERE ARE 5WAYS U KN GET BETTER SLEEP: -WIND DOWN.Transition frm yr busy,hectic day atleast an hr be4bed so dat yr nt up half de night.take bath or shower,listen 2 QURAN/soft music. 2-EXERCISE EARLY.Physical activity has plentiful health benefits but if u wrk out be4 bed,it kn make sleep difficult.on de other hand exercising first thing in de mng will make sleeping at nyt easier bse yr body will be fatigued. 3-SHUT DE FRIDGE.Put tape around de fridge after dinner n u will likely get better sleep bse yr inability 2 persue late-nigths eating[cheating] will let yr body relax n doze off. 4.TIMING IS EVERYTHING 5.DONT PUSH IT
