Subsequent to that, SkyWorld has also revealed its second project, and its first lifestyle-oriented affordable housing product called SKYAWANI RESIDENSI located in Sentul. The fast-growing developer SkyWorld is optimistic on the Kuala Lumpur property market and hence the company had recently launched its new branding and corporate image dubbed as SkyWorld and a tagline Design the Experience with emphasis on the best of sky living incorporating nature. Beyond 2016, the company has a target of developing over 160 acres of prime land across Kuala Lumpur with a GDV estimated by PTLM to be in excess of RM8 billion. It was also made known that SkyWorld shared a common vision and heritage with Zalam Group of Companies, a construction company turned developer. Zalam Group is currently developing the almost sold-out Cloud Tree project in Bandar Damai Perdana in Cheras. Originally from Sabah, Zalam debuted in Kuala Lumpur with its 1Sentul project.
