FLASHBACK Never say never. Back in the late 80s I dropped an envelope, (with some ID) and $600 onto the street in Philadelphia expecting to never see da cash again...6 months later with witnesses present, an attorney called explaining that someone would like to return the money to me at the attorneys office. The person was a woman bus driver who had fought a bitter harassment case with SEPTA ( the regional transit authority), and was out of money, with electricity off in North Philadelphia, and took the money only as a sign that it was on loan ...it was Providence, so to speak, she fully intended to repay the loan...and she did. That same day, she was also on the front page of the Phila. Inquirer, after winning a huge judgement, against the people who did not know she finally caught it all on tape......its all on tape...its all on tape.....
