FLAT SHARE ROOM TO LET LONDON N5 2NU! Hi, I am a fine art student at Central Saint Martins, and will be attending an Erasmus study exchange program in February. I am looking to rent my furnished double room in a flat share for 4 months from February until the end of May 2015. Located in Islington, the flat has five bedrooms, a kitchen, bathroom, and separate toilet, along with a dinning area/working alcove. My room itself is a good size, with a double bed, desk, shelving and built in storage, along with a large window overlooking the green space outside. The nearest transport links are either a two-minute walk to Canonbury over ground station, or a seven-minute walk to Highbury and Islington underground station situated on the victoria line, or you can walk thirty minutes to Kings Cross. There are currently four other students who live with me, all in second year and all fine art students, three of whom attend CSM, and one who attends Chelsea. They are very welcoming and easy to get along with. As a flat we each pay £515.67, a month in rent, whilst paying for water, electricity, Internet and heating separately. We each individually top up the electricity £10 every 5 weeks as it is on a meter, pay £6 on internet a month, and pay our water and gas bills every sixth months, I have already paid the first six month installment for the water, but would ask that you make a contribution when the next bill is charged.
