FLEXIBLE OFFICES CONCEPT TAKES OFF The provision of flexible and mobile workplaces with convenient sharing of office resources is gaining momentum in Botswana Regus business centre Southern Africa Area Director Nuno Condinho says their Botswana centre located in iTowers is accessible by the hour, week, month or even year which allows companies to focus on their core businesses while minimizing cost. Condinho says a customer chooses a service or product and only pays for the service used. He also adds that a complete office package can be offered. Meanwhile, Sales manager Kutlo Pule of Apex Properties which manages The Office business centre says The Office was set up to meet the demand for small offices that offer the convenience of shared resources such as boardroom, reception area and meeting room. Finally, Pule says The Office currently has a 20 percent occupancy rate out of 88 units and can also provide flexible use of office resources.
