This includes the cities of...Horatio...De queen... * Until 145 pm cdt * At 1246 pm cdt...National weather service doppler radar indicated an area of heavy showers with a few embedded thunderstorms...Capable of producing rainfall rates around an inch per hour. The area has already received an average total of three inches of rain thus far. Shower and thunderstorm activity will continue to progress over areas that have already seen heavy rainfall. Excessive runoff from heavy rainfall will cause elevated levels on small creeks and streams...And ponding of water in urban areas... Highways...Streets and underpasses as well as other poor drainage areas and low lying spots.
