FLORIDA- GOP State Chairman Leslie Dougher tells friends she can win reelection on the first round and avoid a runoff. She now lays claim to the votes of all political appointees, and explains the conservative vote will be split by Kurt Kellys religious appeal in sufficient numbers to block grassroots leader Eric Miller, even after Blaise Ingoglia is forced to quit by the House Leader. Kelly is only running to earn the help hell need later to regain office.
