FLY DUBAI Dubai customer service recruitment days . We’re looking for experienced customer service people who have excellent English language skills – both written and spoken; Arabic and Russian would be a distinct advantage. If you’ve got loads of front-line customer service experience, you’re energetic, enthusiastic and are passionate about delivering a better customer experience, this could be the job for you. What positions are available? You’ll either be working at the airport helping our business class passengers in person or behind the scenes helping them on the telephone or via email. We’re also looking for a number of supervisory positions. All our positions are based in Dubai. Do I need qualifications and experience? Yes, we’re looking for a high school diploma or a university education if you’re looking at a supervisory role. It’s essential that you have at least two years’ experience in a customer service role or dealing with premium customers – a minimum of 5 years’ experience is required for the supervisor positions. Airline experience is not essential but would be an advantage, especially if you’re familiar with airport processes and procedures. Do I need to speak multiple languages? No, but it would be a distinct advantage. You must be fluent in written and spoken Arabic and English, English and Russian or English. What kind of skills and attitude are we looking for? We’re looking for good communicators (written and spoken). You’ve got to enjoy working with people and be prepared to own a customer’s problem as if it were your own. We’re expecting you to be self-confident and have great listening skills. We’re looking for people with natural energy that are happy working shifts and comfortable working with technology.
