FMCG Company in Saudi Arabia is looking for: Sales Representative - Modern Trade Reporting To: Supervisor - Modern Trade Main Duties & Responsibilities : Ø Establish, develop and maintain business relationships with current customers and prospective customers in the assigned territory/market segment to generate new business for the organization’s products Ø Make phone-calls and in-persons visits and presentations to existing and prospective customers; demonstrate the products’ benefits and assist them in selecting those best suited to their needs. Ø Develop clear and effective written proposals and quotations for current and prospective clients. Ø Monitor competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products, delivery schedules, merchandising techniques etc. Ø Resolve customer complaints by investigating problems, developing solutions, preparing reports and making recommendations to the management. Ø Ensure regular sales support distribution, follow up on payments, product training, and market information Ø Support in developing sales plan and strategy for effective growth by coordinating with marketing, sales management and accounting departments. Ø Provide feedback about the needs of the covered area Ø Insure execution of marketing guidelines and strategies Ø Plan to meet sales targets and budgets Ø Manage stock control to avoid returns and out of stocks on store level Job Requirements : · Education: High School Diploma (preferably a University Degree) · Years of experience: 2 Years – 7 Years (preferably in FMCG) · Excellent command of written and spoken Arabic and English.
